Eaten here a many of times as well as to-go orders. Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. I will say this time the Ribeye was as tender, I do go with a smaller cut though than normally. I always buy more than I can eat so I can take some home to eat on the next few days. Love their Shrimp Poppers and Sliced Brisket the most. Frozen Coke and Whiskey isn't half bad either, lol. I have eaten at a few of their locations - I like the Burleson location the best. Servers are friendly, parking is easy, service is fast. Easy on and Off the freeway and side streets.

What a unique experience! There is a sign out front for "First Timers" Make sure you read it. I did not see it until we left and it made sense after the fact. It was good barbeque and they had plenty to offer. Everyone should experience it at least once.

Awesome stop! Great food. Big selection. Onion rings were fantastic. Chicken, brisket, and turkey is great! Fries were very tasty! Excellent service with friendly staff. I have traveled extensively and eaten at many places. I have been very blessed to take pleasure in the most expensive, highest quality places and I have been forced to eat at some of the quick/kid friendly places as well! One of the most important items to me is cleanliness. If the restroom is not well stocked and clean that is a cause for concern. If the staff are not capable of keeping the customers’ most used place neat and tidy, how can they possibly handle preparing my food and getting my order delivered correctly and promptly. I also observe the host and wait staff. The hostess/greeter must be friendly and knowledgeable to win me over. The person holding this position can make or break the business. I enjoy a menu with a variety of offerings. Our family will normally get an appetizer, main course and a variety of desserts. We enjoy a sampling of items. I usually take notice of the presentation of the food and try to post pictures when possible. Our family enjoys distinctive cuisines. We enjoy cooking together and it is fun to experience different food items at unique places. I do believe that the amount of food served should be equivalent to the price.

My girlfriend and I love having lunch here. The BBQ is great and so is the service! From the meat guy to the food bar to the cashier! I wish I would have asked names so I could give them praise! Tammy was great, she was so sweet to us!

We had an amazing experience at Hard Eight Burleson. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was exactly what you are looking for in a good bbq restaurant and I must say that the employees were out of this world. They were very helpful, polite and were busy bees. Never did I see one of them standing still. If they weren’t helping someone they were sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables and filling items back up. You just don’t see the work ethic that those employees were doing anymore. Thank you for the great food and service and showing off that there are hard workers still out there.

Hard 8 has become my most favorite restaurant here recently. I love their brisket, corn on the cob, and their jalapeno sausages, fries and baseball on the flatscreen. I can hangout there all day.

Tried their ribeye and found it full of flavor and tender. The grilled onions and jalapeno was a great addition. The cream corn was the creamiest. Chicken popper was good and the cobbler wasn't too sweet and delicious. The free beans were a lot better than expected.

Neat experience. You enter the restaurant through the barbecue room where you see your food being cooked. Then order directly from the pit master. Staff recommended the steak special (8oz or 16oz), took the 8oz and ordered a few other items like brisket and pulled pork. Great service, excellent food, and great atmosphere. Will try to visit another location while I'm in Fort Worth area. Will miss this food when I go back to Toronto!
